Position Summary
To implement Asset Integrity strategies and work programs for BGEPIL in line with BG Group processes. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Key Accountabilities
HSSE
Technical
· Support Asset Integrity (AI) Manager for Asset Integrity issues related to Panna-Mukta and Tapti Platforms.
· Lead the implementation of the activities resulting from Risk Based Inspection strategy. Perform activities personally where appropriate, or ensure that activities are executed by contractors in a safe, cost-effective and auditable manner where specific skills, equipment or resources are required.
· Conduct and Monitor corrosion risk Management process of Panna-Mukta and Tapti platforms and implement the recommendations.
· Generate monthly AI performance report based on inputs from offshore.
· Update and participate in the Asset risk assessment and planning processes (Weekly risk reviews, 6 week/90 Day IAPS meetings). Develop Operations Top 10 risks based on inputs from Panna/Tapti risk register and CATS (common action tracking Database)
· Collect and monitor performance KPIs related to inspection management and generate anomaly management plans.
· Support offshore to liquidate work related to safety critical Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance related to safety critical overrides.
· To function as alternate CAMS (Competency Assurance Management System) support for the asset
· Help manage the Management of change processes

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
Experience Needed:
· Proven experience in the field of Oil and Gas Industry Operations, preferably offshore
· Understanding of Asset Integrity issues
· Working knowledge of Asset Integrity RBI Strategies preferred
Specialist Knowledge/Languages/Skills:
· Effective knowledge of computers and related software
· Good communication skills both written and spoken
· Good interpersonal and relationship skills
· Working on multiple priorities and ability to work under pressure
· Sensitivity to Different Cultures
· High commitment level & discretion in communication
