Position Description
The Department of the History of Science at Harvard University is conducting a search for a tenured professor in the history of medicine and its allied fields. We are particularly interested in candidates who work in global contexts and will complement and extend the department’s existing strengths. Candidates should have an exceptional record of research and proven excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring. Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching statement, and research statement by July 1st, 2013. The committee will request additional materials as needed from candidates over the summer.
