Role

We are looking for an Operator to join us in Tunbridge Wells. This is a multi-skilled post in a dynamic and evolving newsroom, initially working across a small core of skills, focussing mainly on bulletin directing and sound mixing, but with a basic knowledge of our media hub, editing and studio cameras.

Requirements

In addition to these skills, you should be highly motivated, enthusiastic about regional news in the South East with a good knowledge of the diversity and makeup of our audience, a good communicator, and have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise a busy workload, operate under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
