Grade - 9/10 (depending on experience)
Full or part-time
We’re in the process of restructuring and enhancing our Career Management offering and would like someone to join our team to lead this change on a six month attachment.
We currently have a number of different Career Management offerings, both online and face to face, and we’ve recently in-sourced the Careerlink outplacement service from Capita. We now need to build and launch a more streamlined and integrated end-to-end service.
We believe there is much more we can do to help staff proactively manage their careers during their time at the BBC, by giving them access to the same high quality service that’s available via Careerlink when they are potentially leaving us. This attachment role will not only be the driving force in developing that proposition, but also encompasses the successful communication and embedding of key messages around people taking ownership and responsibility for their career.
We are looking for someone with:
• A passion for helping people understand and navigate career choices and opportunities
• Basic knowledge of process for developing training/learning
• Experience of project management
• Experience of implementing change
• Experience of or an interest in building the online website (on gateway)
Further info
The current offerings for our staff include:
• Career Management Workshop http://academy.gateway.bbc.co.uk/courses/career-management-workshop/12455
