The job

Together with other team members, you will be responsible for delivering high quality products and services, from the management of projects, through planning and data collection, to the final analysis of results and the preparation as well as presentation of reports.   • At least 5-8 years of relevant professional working experience with research, evaluation, feasibility studies and impact assessments. Experience in winning and successfully delivering research and evaluation projects and contracts for the European Commission, governments and agencies;
  • High motivation to take on responsibility and create results through own effort and strong teamwork and an excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with both key clients and partners as well as internally with colleagues across the Ramboll Group;
  • An exceptional analytical capacity which you are able to take advantage of through your brilliant writing, communication and presentation skills. We expect you to be fluent in spoken and written English and command fluently 1 or 2 other EU languages;
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to attend to detail as well as maintaining overview while taking into account quality, time and budget constraints and while keeping the client’s needs in focus. Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-moving professional environment.
It is considered a significant advantage if you have practical experience from working on evaluation assignments with the European institutions.

What we offer

We offer an exciting, informal and professional working environment, where knowledge and expertise are shared across departments and competence fields, and where you will find many opportunities to work closely with national sector experts as well as evaluation specialists.
