Salary:36,035 p.a (pro rata)
Contract:Maternity Cover - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're seeking a Youth Programme Coordinator to be part of delivering a bold strategy to provide sustained improvements to the poorest and most excluded people in the world. We are committed to working with young people and will look to you to guide, advise and support strategic and active countries in developing their youth programmes. With your help we will encourage more young people to actively participate in our local and national rights programmes and multi- country campaigns. You will prepare clear and practical programming resources, and coordinate and motivate diverse staff and young people from across the globe to develop and increase their youth programming. In addition this role will involve monitoring effectiveness and sharing learning to ensure we adopt best practice. principles. You will also support the development of a capacity building course.
With direct experience of working on youth programmes you will have developed highly competent skills & understanding of each stage of the programme cycle. You will also be able to motivate diverse groups, and be comfortable writing programme manuals/resources and have a record of organising capacity building courses. With an eye for detail, you will be self-motivated and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.
