Good Woods Programme Manager, BioRegional

Salary: £34,500 - £36,000 p.a.

Contract terms: 6 month post, with the possibility of extension, subject to funding

In 2013, BioRegional teamed up with DIY giant B&Q and forestry charity Sylva Foundation to launch the Good Woods project, working to revive woodlands to provide environmental, social and economic benefits. 

BioRegional is seeking a confident, self assured and enthusiastic team player who can lead the strategic delivery of this project working closely with our project partners. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship with B&Q and will work with our Head of Development and our project partners to develop and deliver a funding strategy that will allow us to continue this project beyond the first year.

In addition to leading the Good Woods project, the role will also develop a wider programme of work in sustainable woodland management. This role needs someone who can passionately talk about sustainable woodland management to inspire people and build long term relationships. You will be an experienced, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and relationship development skills and a great ability to network.
