Officer Internal Communications
Responsibilities
The new colleague will be editor in chief and art director of our Oiko-web (intranet) and will create and manage home page content focused on different staff groups. You will organise and coordinate regular meetings with those stakeholders involved with the intranet like designated content owners, ICT support and intranet visitors from the internal website. Together with other departments, in particular HR and Loans & Investments, you develop respective internal staff communications strategies. As a member of the DIR editorial team you weekly join editorial meetings and contribute to brainstorming, editorial planning and corporate communications strategy and you provide the DIR editorial team with support on editing and proofreading materials.
Education and experience:
Oikocredit is looking for a graduated person with a Master in the field of communications. We are searching for someone with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in text writing (in corporate communications,  journalism or marketing/communication) and with experience in coordinating/managing content for websites and stakeholder communications, in particular internal communications. Being a native English speaker is a pro and you have to have extensive computer skills (Word, Power Point, Internet explorer, Adobe Photoshop). We see familiarity with CMS as a bonus.
