Summary of the Position
Manage single large-scale or multiple small scale professional services engagements based in Andean Region.

  • Build client relationship/annuities
Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred
  • SQL Programming
  • Genesys CIM 7x /8x
  • Genesys Reporting 7.x78x
  • VoIP – SIP
  • Tecnologias de Call Center (ACD, IVR, Workforce)
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sytems or Telecommunications
  • Genesys GVP 7.x/8x
  • Genesys eServices 7x/8x
  • Genesys WFM 7x/8x
  • Genesys Infomart / Interactive Insight
  • Excellent track record in effective client communications and client satisfaction.  
  • Proactive, innovative thinker.
  • Ability to accommodate travel requirements of position - travel will be entirely based on project location, structure, duration, customer requirements, etc.  
  • Superlative written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Able to work effectively with sales organization and distribution channel.  
  • Ability to work with a sales pursuit team during the sales process.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
