Title: Senior Requirements Analyst

Description: North Bethesda health and human services consulting firm seeks a Senior Requirements Analyst. The Analyst will perform a leading role in the development of requirements for software systems and business processes. With a clear understanding of all aspects of customer requirements, the Analyst is expected to help develop business process flow diagrams, recommend user interface wire frames, validate test scenarios, and customer acceptance test cases. The analyst will work with the project manager, development, and testing lead to ensure that the project schedule and deliverables are as outlined in the requirements documents.

Minimum Requirements: •BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. •Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as requirements or business analyst supporting a small to medium sized software system development team. •Proven skills in requirements development methodologies and best-practices. •Experience in documenting preliminary design and interface components for complex data entry systems using wireframes or low-fidelity prototyping tools. •Familiarity and experience in 508 compliance regulations and related software requirements •Strong communication and writing skills. •Experience with data requirements, health IT, and the use of standardized vocabularies is a plus.
