About the Organization: 
EDA Rural Systems Private Limited (EDA) is a development consulting organization specializing in development research, sector studies, advisory services, impact assessment, social performance assessment, and social performance management. Microfinance and microenterprise are EDA’s focus areas.

About the Job: 
EDA is seeking a Senior Analyst. S/he will work as part of a team which will bring together strong skills in microfinance, social performance, and development research. S/he will report to the team leader.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Performing social performance assessments for MFIs;
• Conducting client protection principles (CPP) assessment;
• Delivering training;
• Providing technical services to MFIs;
• Conducting development research;
• Business development;
• Developing and managing client engagement and writing proposals;
• Writing high quality reports and making presentations to clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

• Post graduate in Finance, Economics, Development Studies or Management from a reputed institution;
• Minimum 4 years' of relevant experience (MFIs/financial institutions/research organizations);
• Good overall analytical skills (using qualitative and/or quantitative data sets), report writing, and oral presentation skills;
• Willingness to travel (about 30% of the overall time).
