About your job::
You will provide leadership on a strategic and commercial level for all Corporate Sales by developing and delivering revenue targets in the region, maximising the return from existing market whilst identifying and penetrating new markets where appropriate.
Your responsibilities will include managing an account management team including recruitment, training, coaching and development with performance measurement against clear revenue, cost of sale and compliance criteria. You will structure and implement a Business and Marketing plan to optimise Qatar Airways revenue and presence in the market as well as developing and maintaining long term stratigic relationships with QR corporate clients. Contributing to the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy will be required as well as maximising short and long term revenue opportunities.
You will be responsible for the management and and co-ordination of projects and initiatives on the behalf of sales where you ensure the optimisation of the marketing spends whilst enforcing and maintaining Sales professionalism standards.
About you::
You will be educated to Degree level as well as holding 5 years Airline Sales experience in a developed market environment. You will have a good Commercial acumen with a proven track record in implementing change, revenue delivery and leadership skills.
You possess strong budgetary control skills as well as a good knowledge of Mircosoft Office and fluent communications skills in both English and Arabic languages.
