Intern at the European Network for Women in Leadership


The European Network for Women in Leadership is looking for an intern for a 6-month period.
Background information:
The European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL) is a network of high-level women who meet and exchange ideas in order to open their horizons, to network and gain support, and to identify opportunities that are not available in their social and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of high-level events mainly in Paris and Brussels. You will support the coordination of the logistical details, manage speakers & attendees, draft the event reports;
- Support the creation of a regular newsletter, issued every 6-8 weeks. You will be in charge of content development, and of ensuring that the newsletter is issued within the deadline;
- Support the running of the Women Talent Pool program, an 18-month programme launched by WIL, which aims at offering training and networking opportunities to high-potential women in mid-level management positions.
- Management of the three sections of the WIL website (public area, members only area, Women Talent Pool area). You will be responsible for writing articles, call for publications from WIL members, organize (video) interviews with WIL members;
-  Monitoring and research on European policies;
-  Support the General Manager and Project Coordinator in the running of the daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Higher education (BAC +4);
- Excellent writing skills;
- Excellent command of English. Excellent knowledge of French is an asset;
- Knowledge of website management is an asset;
-  Experience in event coordination and/or in working within an association.

The internship is paid 3,60 euros/h, in accordance to the French law
