MSI is currently seeking long-term and short-term mid-level and senior technical staff for the upcoming IGPA project. Technical skills sought include:

Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in any of the above technical areas. Prior experience working on USAID or other donor-funded technical assistance projects required.
- Demonstrated experience working on governance projects in similar contexts.
- Demonstrated capability to work with a broad-range of government and civil society stakeholders and partners.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Level IV) and Arabic (Level IV or native) required.
