Proposal Summary:**
The anticipated USAID-funded, five-year IGPA project aims to build public sector transparency and accountability, strengthen decentralization, and improve access to essential services such as electricity, water and sanitation, healthcare and education for Iraqi citizens.
Anticipated positions:
MSI is currently seeking long-term and short-term mid-level and senior technical staff for the upcoming IGPA project. Technical skills sought include:
  • Procurement Planning
  • Procurement Regulations
  • Transparency and accountability
  • Contract management
  • At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in any of the above technical areas. Prior experience working on USAID or other donor-funded technical assistance projects required.
  • Demonstrated experience working on governance projects in similar contexts.
  • Demonstrated capability to work with a broad-range of government and civil society stakeholders and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Level IV) and Arabic (Level IV or native) required.
