Manage and control the complete driver selection process from end-to-end as well as all psychometric assessments and related processes done at the Selection Centre.
Minimum requirements: * At least an Honours in Psychology or Industrial Psychology * Registration as Psychometrist with the HPCSA * Registered Psychologists will be given preference * 3-5 years' working experience as a Psychometrist/Psychologist in a corporate environment with 1-2 years as supervisor * Experience in utilising various psychometric assessments * Previous experience in using the Vienna Dover and Psytech assessment batteries will be an advantage * Proficient in Word and Excel (intermediate or higher level).
