People with Disabilities Internships
(6-month period)
Salary package: R4 500 per month, which includes R1 000 per month travelling allowance (CTC)
· Gauteng • Cape Town • Durban • Limpopo • East London


The incumbents will co-ordinate the administrative functions within the division through data capturing, filing and assisting stakeholders in writing and the actioning of any other related function within the division.

Minimum requirements: · Grade 12 • Conceptual thinker with a vision for development and transformation • Ability to work under pressure · Deadline-driven • Team player • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, the Internet, etc • Knowledge of office administration will be an added advantage.

Interns will obtain knowledge of the following fields during the Internship: · Acknowledgement of enquiries, records and save information/correspondence in developed physical/electronic filing systems • Facilitation of an effective and efficient administration within a division • Carrying out any administrative and secretarial duties required by the division • Assistance in preparing documentation and compiling information relevant to the division · Taking responsibility for the administration of divisional tasks • Assisting in compiling packs for meetings, workshops, exhibitions, etc • Liaising with administrative and support staff on a day-to-day basis • Assisting in planning, organising and co-ordinating events, meetings or other engagements as is reasonably required by the Line Manager · Managing information, implementing and maintaining a reliable filing system • Undertaking any other responsibility within reason as requested by the Line Managers.
