This post is based in the award winning University Library where, as a member of the Library’s senior management team, you will contribute to setting the strategic direction of the service as well as leading two teams in support of the strategy. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of how academic libraries can work within the changing electronic environment to provide imaginative and effective services. A proven track record in successful management is essential as we embed our new staffing structure, as are good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professionally qualified in librarianship or information management, you will be user focussed, flexible and committed to service quality.
