Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd. (OSC) is seeking short-term local communications, public outreach, and social marketing specialists to support security and justice sector institutions.
The specialists must have:
• Five+ years of experience developing research-driven communication strategies and social marketing tools regarding social benefits and services on democracy and governance, security sector reform, rule of law, or other politically sensitive and complex projects
• Five+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity
• Training experience, including material design and training of trainers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional experience in Latin America
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• College degree
