Responsibilities

• Ensuring a smooth operation of the GSM Radio Network
• Be responsible for project managing all Radio Network activities associated with GSM Radio Network.

The Optimization Manager is responsible for Optimization Engineers involved in the following activities:

• Achieving & exceeding the contracted KPIs.
• Parameters tuning for new and existing sites.
• Performance monitoring BSC & Cell level.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Regular test driving
• Regular site audit
• Troubleshooting for problematic sites
• Adherence to processes
• Ensure Optimization Group is adequately staffed according to the Service Delivery requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Degree within Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a manager in a Mobile Radio Network environment.

Languages

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Other language, such as Arabic would be beneficial.
