Requirements : � Holder of a CPA (T) or its equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 3 years experience in Auditing, public accounting, consulting and finance. � Strong investigative skills and sound judgment. � Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Description :� Prepares Annual Audit Plan � The person will be responsible for auditing procedures and validating the effectiveness of business process controls. � Provides a full range of financial and operational audits to ensure that resources are used in compliance with the legal and administrative procedures. � Ensures adherence to accepted accounting and audit principles and policies � Produces reports according to the plan and as per Management�s requirement. � Follows up on audit findings to ensure adequacy and timely correction of weaknesses � NOTE: This is a part time job, the assignment requires one to work one out of five days a week. It is recommended that the candidate should be seconded by a company.

Research Fellow

Requirements : A PhD holder in Economics or Economic development with at least seven years research experience.

Job Description :� Carries out research studies on various issues/topics both in public and private sector. � Participates and comments on emerging public debates on current national and international affairs. � Participates team work to undertake policy analysis for government and regional bodies and establishes good working relationships with them. � Develops fundable research proposals. � Assesses policy issues and understands how they relate to other areas of economic policy for practical application. � Has a habit of reading widely in order to acquire new knowledge, skills and information. � Prepares policy and strategy papers � Carries out other duties as may be assigned by the institution.
