This front facing post will require a qualified accountant with a credible background in financial management in addition to strong influencing and communication skills . The role has a broad and varied remit, not only will it support progress against the plan but will assist in the management of DFID Finance Cadre and will contribute to significant financial management projects, e.g. developing and implementing a new finance operating model.

This post will be based in the Department for International Development in East Kilbride near Glasgow
