Haiti Associate Director, Finance & Administration

We seek qualified candidates for the position of Associate Director, Finance & Administration in Port au Prince, Haiti

Position Responsibilities:

·Develop and oversee the organization’s technical assistance system in the African region. ·Assists with the identification, mentoring, and nurturing of ‘rising stars’ among FHI 360’s technical staff. ·Contribute to strategic planning, innovation, and technical quality of programs. ·Manage the Africa Regional Technical Team. ·Participate in resource development activities, including for regional, country-based, and global opportunities. ·Engage program and technical leaders in Africa in strategic planning and goal setting. ·Ensure technical support to field programs is appropriate, timely and of high quality. ·Contribute to assuring technical quality of programs and technical activities in the region. ·Contribute to scientific output from the region. ·Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience: PhD, MD or similar degree with 7 - 11 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS. Overseas field experience required; or MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 9 - 11 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international development programs. Overseas field experience required; or BS/BA in public health or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs. Overseas field experience required. or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be Fluent in French. Knowledge of Haitian Creole a plus.
