Position Summary: Relief International (RI) is currently recruiting a Project Manager for an anticipated USAID-funded program in Haiti for the Construction of Permanent Shelter Houses on the Caracol EKAM site in the Cap Haitien Development Corridor Shelter Program. The program will serve to meet the backlog of shelter that exists as a result of the 2010 earthquake by increasing IDP access to safe, durable and affordable housing within development corridors in Haiti. The Cost Manager will be responsible for the financial aspects of the project outlined in the Work Plan.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Conduct regular reviews of construction cost • Track and monitor procurements and expenditures • Conduct analysis of the financial implications of project elements outlined in the Work Plan

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment. • Background in Accounting • At least 5 years experience in producing and/or managing construction budget or similar type of work • Thorough knowledge of cost analysis

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
