Reports to: Chief Information Officer

Department: IT

Summary of Job Description

  • Maintain all computer hardware and peripherals in a good condition
  • Install and maintain workstations and user set up on the network
  • Ensure backup of assigned systems and coordinate the backup of other systems
  • Maintain good housekeeping procedure on Email databases
  • Provide Email intranet and internet support to users
  • Effectively provide technical support on all hardware and workstation/application setup to users

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Electronic Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years in Windows and Network administration and troubleshooting systems
