Summary of Job Description
- Maintain all computer hardware and peripherals in a good condition
- Install and maintain workstations and user set up on the network
- Ensure backup of assigned systems and coordinate the backup of other systems
- Maintain good housekeeping procedure on Email databases
- Provide Email intranet and internet support to users
- Effectively provide technical support on all hardware and workstation/application setup to users
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Electronic Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years in Windows and Network administration and troubleshooting systems
