Role Purpose: To supervise nursing & technician work inside clinics, emergency room, the laboratory, and the pharmacy in order to maintain their preparedness for effective consultation provided by the doctors, emergency treatment and other health care provided to the staff on a daily basis.

Key Accountability & Activities: Supervise nursing & technician work for doctors' clinics, lab and the pharmacy to ensure the clinic and lab are organized, clean and ready with needed supplies for effective consultation and use e.g. tests are done in timely manner and the pharmacy is managed properly to ensure steady supply of required medicines Train & supervise para-professional staff and develop plans and control activities of duty nurses, lab technician, pharmacist, medical secretary and receptionist, and to ensure effective consultation and medical support provided to the staff on a daily basis Train and develop staff on the job and provide feedback on staff performance for appraisal and promotion Decide about the needed supplies, consumables, medicines, medical instruments, etc. For the whole bank clinic, compound clinic, Hajj clinics, gathering events...etc. Supervise the nursing support in medical emergencies and attend with treating doctor for medical emergencies to assist in stabilizing the patient. Ensure preparedness of the emergency room regularly through check list on daily basis Ensure maintaining emergency crash cart to ensure readiness of the life saving medicines and machines. Ensure preparedness of ambulances through check list on regular basis Coordinate transferring patients to hospitals when required. Attend with treating doctor for any emergency case to assist him in stabilizing the patient . Organise transfer of the patient to the hospital if needed. Plan, manage and control Vaccination program in away to facilitate and insure high quality vaccination system delivered to IDB Group staff and their families. Ensure cold chain storage maintenance Undertake all tasks such as preparing a checklist of and arranging for medical supplies, consumables and equipment. Supervise sterilization process in the clinics inside the headquarters and the Housing complex or even in the remote ones.

Necessary knowledge and Experience: Deep knowledge in Clinical nursing treatment, services and administration. Very Good nursing background of medical emergency interventions and related affairs. Knowledge of relevant medical emergency procedures and practices Knowledge of medical appointment system Good knowledge in treating VIPs 6-8 years' experience in nursing
