Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Population Studies; (ii) supervise undergraduate projects within the Department; (iii) undertake research either individually or with other members of staff in the Department; (iv) perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements: Candidates should: (i) have a Bachelors’ and Masters’ Degree in Population Studies/ Demography or related fields; (ii) evidence of engagement in research and service; (iii) a PhD will be an added advantage, so will academic leadership and teaching experience at a university or comparable institution. The CV should inter alia, provide a detailed list of courses (if any) ever taught and the levels at which they were taught, as well as research and publications where applicable.
