Thailand Administrative Officer

The organisation works to improve not only the health of the individual, but also the capacity of national health systems, which helps relieve poverty and support improved economic prosperity.

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for Administration and Finance support to the Chiang Mai office. The Administrative Officer is expected to achieve timely and accurate reporting and provide seamless operational support to the Chiang Mai office, in coordination with the Bangkok office. He/she will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager in Chiang Mai.

The successful candidate will: • Bachelors’ degree in Management or Finance at minimum • Minimum of five years experience in office administration including record keeping, with at least three years with an International NGO • Minimum two years experience in financial management • Experience establishing office systems and procedures • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft excel • Native Thai speaker. Good command of verbal and written English • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required • Organised, proactive, committed and service minded • Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work independently
