Business Line Manager CR
Mission, Job description:
To move its CR business to a next step of development, Atlas Copco Morocco is looking for an experienced Business Line Manager, ambitious and targets oriented, to materialize the existing growth opportunities into results for CR equipments.
As BLM you will report to the General Manager and be a member of the Management Team. Your responsabilities will include:
- Overall responsability for the CR Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- To grow the business within the moroccan territory, securing proper focus both on equipment and and parts & service, with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market.
- Assure success in the ambition to further grow market share and increase consolidated profitability. Pay special attention to payment terms and collection.
- Continuously develop the organization, with the aim to assure increasing sales and service performance and secure that customer satisfaction and quality is the base for what we do.
- Interact with the divisions, to support the development of synergies, each division’s consolidated result and the performance of the business area.
- Play an active role in "Key Customer Management", by supporting the organisation but also personally establishing a good personal business relationship with our key customers.
- To ensure collaborators development (appraisal, training plans etc....)
- Business reporting with close follow-up ensuring timely corrective actions when required
- To ensure solid product technical support both internal or for end users.
- To support the group's vision "First in mind...First in choice..." by adopting/following key Group and local company policies : customer satisfaction surveys, ISO 9001 and other quality policies
- Safeguard implementation and application of internal processes in accordance with "The Way we do Things".
Experience requirements:
Solid experience of sales to construction companies and the related applications, complemented by proven experience of sales management in similar sector
Knowledge:
Solid CR product and application knowledge.
Excellent written and spoken French (a must) and english.
Knowledge of Arabic will be an additional very usefull asset
Good communication skills and computer literate
Educational requirements:
University/Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge from proven experience;
Personality requirements:
Strong leadership with egal interest in people and business management.
Team player able to empower collaborators
Ambitious, goals/targets
Interest in the financial/administration side of the business
