Salary: R434 505 per annum (all-inclusive remuneration package)

Requirements: • An appropriate recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, Information Science or Commerce • Appropriate experience including on-line application support, helpdesk management, reporting and information management, records management, project management and database management • Expert level of computer competency is essential • Proven track record of system support and training, database management and report design, information and records management, project management and database administration will be an added advantage • Leadership, management, strategic, analytical, conceptual and process design skills • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Experience in middle management • Sound numerical and analytical acumen • Proven communication (written and verbal) skills • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Experience in human resources and financial management • A valid Code B driver’s licence is compulsory • Willingness to travel.

Duties: • Manage the operation of the Helpdesk for the Chief Directorate mainly on training and support to users of the Programme Management System • Manage the database and extract standard and management reports from the database • Integrate and manage information and records on both the electronic and paper-based media formats for the programme and for all projects • Manage technical and system support to internal and external users • Provide information management support to the Chief Directorate.
