Based at Media City UK in Salford, the North News Operational team is dedicated to producing high quality live news programming. With the city on our doorstep and a backdrop of the Pennine hills, we broadcast from our exciting new building which overlooks the Manchester docks, and Daniel Liebskind’s designed Imperial War Museum North. We are proud of our cutting edge technology which is used to create the first wave of the BBC’s News Content in High Definition.
