Indonesia Senior Program Manager - Gender

We are looking for experienced professional to take part in exciting position of:

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER – GENDER

This new position will be part of AusAID’s Women in Leadership Unit; a small team managing the design of a new gender program. It is expected that the program will work with government, civil society, national and local organizations to support poor women to achieve change. The Senior Program Manager will work with design and sector experts to define the scope of the program and build an operational design for funding consideration. The position will take a lead role in managing consultations with civil society and government and will lead some of the key design research and analytical work.

It is highly desired that the individual possesses solid experience working with civil society organizations on gender issues.
