Responsible for defining and implementing an internal communications tactical plan for Personal and Business Banking (SA), focussing on internal stakeholders.
To continually seek ways to improve the effectiveness of Internal Communication.
To manage the execution communications campaigns and projects.
To manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
