SENIOR LECTURER/LECTURER IN GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING

Qualifications/Experience:
1. Masters and PhD in Civil Engineering
2. Considerable related academic and professional experience, including teaching and research as evidenced by a good record of publications in international refereed journals
3. Corporate membership of an international professional institution
4. Special expertise in Geotechnical Engineering

Special Expertise:
Geotechnical Engineering.

Responsibilities:
1. Significantly contribute to the development of teaching and research in the Geotechnical Engineering programme
2. Teach in the Department’s postgraduate and undergraduate programmes
3. Coordinate postgraduate programmes
4. Supervise student research projects and provide advisory service to the community on geotechnical issues.

Personal Attributes:
Must be a team player with good organizational interpersonal and leadership skills.
