Head office staff positions

· Senior Auditor(Reference SA/MAY12):

> Managing a team of internal auditors. Preparing the audit plan and reporting to audit committee

> Master, university degree required preferably in Audit/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics. Working experience required (at least 5 years), preferably in similar position.

· Internal Auditor-Junior(Reference IA/MAY12):

> Carrying on internal audit missions (branches & HO departments) to ensure proper enforcement of the processes and procedures

> Graduated in Finance/Audit/Accounting. Experience/internship as auditor will be an advantage.

· HR & Recruitment assistant (Reference HR/MAY12):

> Dealing with all issues of short listing/interview/orientation for new staff

> Graduated in HR/Business Administration. Field experience/internship on HR issues will add advantage.

· Trainer (Reference TRA/MAY12) :

> Responsible of identifying staff’s training needs, updating the training materials and the training plan, implementing the training plan with organizing and carrying out the training sessions.

> At least 3 years experience preferably in training on credit/SME lending activities.

· Field recovery officer (Reference FRO/MAY12):

> Investigation/recovery actions on the field

> Diploma/certificate /form six leaver-Experience in Bad Debt recovery with MSMEs will be an advantage.

· Marketing Assistant (Reference MKT/MAY12):

> Market surveys on client needs and analysis of the competition. Promotion of current products and services

> Graduated in Marketing. Experience in marketing department/company will be an advantage.

Branch staff positions

· Branch Manager: (Reference BM/MAY12):

> Responsible for the development of activities of the branch according to the objectives. S/he is in charge of the management of a team of 25-30 people including client officers, client assistants and tellers

> University degree. At least 3 years working experience preferably in similar position.

· Deputy Branch Manager: (Reference DBM/MAY12)

> Assist the Branch Manager to manage all the activities of the branch. S/he has to supervise, control and coach the team of COs and make sure that the objectives are met

> At least 2 years work as loan Officer or in as similar position.

· Client Officers (reference CO/MAY12):

> Prospecting and managing a client portfolio (loans and deposits), small and micro businesses analysis (70% of the time spent on the field)

> University Degree/ Diploma / Certificate holders preferably in the area of interest: Marketing/Finance & accounting/Economics/Sociology.
