Organization Development and Talent Manager


- The overall role is to ensure that the DMHT demand organisation has the required Capability to achieve their business strategy.
- Talent Development is a key enabler for the DMHT strategy in terms of Building Great People management Capability Capability, producing a pipeline of talent and beating the competition through better Sales capability have been identified as key levers to deliver our business goals
- Identify and understand the capability needs by function covering Diageo/ organistional/ functional capabilities, line management, change management and culture
- Implements a company wide Learning and Development plan which flows from the Diageo Australia demand strategy as agreed with the HR Director
- Drives a continuous improvement process for all aspects of training and development
- Supports organisational development through developing people
- Champions employee development/employee engagement
- Manages the development spend for maximum impact (evaluates)
- Develops the Diageo Academy as a key L&D tool in DMHT
- Delivers world class capability development programs.
- Is a champion and role model of Diageo values and value survey which includes the whole process and action plans after result is issued
- Support the function to embed the Diageo Way programmes
- Will work closely with the HR Director/ HR Business Partners to deliver training needs for functions.
