This will deliver a more sustainable future and robust business proposition for Offshore Europe, as well as enhanced development opportunities for individuals across the combined teams. With a joint portfolio producing over 100 kboe/ day, our goal is to continue building a truly excellent Exploration and Production business in Offshore Europe.

Position Summary This role provides professional HR business partnering support to an assigned key business unit(s) which are Operated By Others (NOJV), Projects and HSSE. Providing support and HR advice to BGB and BGA level leaders within Offshore Europe. Responsible for providing a seamless HR service and contributing to the overall business success of their client group (s).

In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours.   Managing the HR cycle for the client groups, including communication of key HR processes and supporting line managers in their implementation. Proactively engage with business stakeholders to deliver business centred HR support Supporting and coaching line managers on day-to-day HR issues, acting as a trusted business partner Maintaining good working relationships with the client groups e.g. visits to Norway to conduct HR surgeries and communicate key HR updates Delivering specific projects to develop and implement professional HR solutions to specific business challenges Proactively engage with HR colleagues to share best practice, knowledge in the pursuit of functional excellence Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute Good understanding of HR theory and practice. Experience in providing first line support. Delivery focused with excellent organisational skills and capability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team. Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and interface with internal/external stakeholders. Proven relationship and influencing skills; ability to establish personal credibility with client group. Relevant project management, problem solving and process improvement skills. Proven ability to understand the business issues of their client groups Self-starter capable of demonstrating initiative and committed to continuous improvement. A collaborative approach, able to work effectively with and through others. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Emergency Response Training
