Operations Grants Manager
The position will oversee the Programmes Team in developing project concepts, submitting institutional fundraising proposals, reporting and grant management, developing knowledge and relationships with specific donors, monitoring and evaluation, as well as capturing learning from programme implementation. This person may also be WCUK’s become designated Child Protection Officer responsible for induction of all new staff in the child protection policy, roll out in the field, maintaining allegation and reporting structures, and refresher trainings.
The Operations Manager will provide critical support to the Programme Development Coordinators (PDGC’s) and Programmes Assistants. The Operations Manager will be line managed by the Programmes Director (PD). The Programmes Director will provide direction on strategic alignment and programme development. This position will be UK based although will be expected to make field trips to Country Programmes to provide proposal development, reporting, programme monitoring and evaluation support.
