As part of the global ActionAid family, we work with local people in 43 countries to fight poverty and injustice and to build a fair and just world where everyone can claim their human rights. 

We want you to use your expertise as an experienced, results focussed marketer to plan and deliver high budget marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels that meet our supporter acquisition targets. Much of your success will depend on how well you develop and manage your team, but you will have direct responsibility for our DRTV work. You’ll need to be innovative, learning from past campaigns to introduce and test improvements, then manage suppliers so that they produce the best work for us. You’ll also have to work closely with a wide range of colleagues to ensure we have consistently high quality, integrated marketing campaigns that support our position and branding.

We expect you to have an impressive record of running multi-media campaigns that generate a large and positive response and to have experience of managing a multi-disciplinary marketing team. You must be skilled at managing creative, print and media agencies. You also need experience of commissioning and managing market research projects and interpreting and applying their findings. You’ll have strong commercial nouse with experience of performance monitoring, reporting and forecasting.
