Global Compensation & Benefits Officer, Industry in Zurich


Global Compensation & Benefits Officer. On behalf of our client,  Swisslinx is currently seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Officer to join their team based in the region of Zurich.
             
In this exciting opportunity and as part of their Human Resources Department you will have the responsibility to manage the annual compensation review and create reward policies in line with their business objectives. Your main duties will include:

  • Running the Annual Compensation Review: creation and management of bonus modelling, proposing compensation recommendations and preparing annual compensation review timetable,
  • Designing Reward policy: liaising with Top Management to implement Incentive programmes and Remuneration KPIs and defining a Compensation framework,
  • Managing Data and HR Information System: quality management of data for the Reward Planning System, reviewing individual contractual arrangements and managing records of bonus awards,
  • Liaising with the Finance Department and providing forecast on bonus values,
  • Providing advises on market level compensation.

Desired Skills & Experience

In order to be considered as a potential candidate, you have ideally previous experience in the Banking industry. Further requirements for this position include:

  • 5+ year experience in Compensation and Benefits,
  • Fluency in German and English (oral and verbal),
  • Experience in Project Management,
  • MS Office and particularly Excel experience,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented and team player.
