IRCT Administrator


The IRCT needs a high level administrator to support our work for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible.


The Administrator reports to the Head of the Membership Team and will be responsible for providing administrative support, including coordinating the induction process for 7 new members of staff and supporting them while new in post in the regions, recruitment support for unstaffed posts, coordinating team planning processes, supporting budget and reporting responsibilities, developing communication procedures that meets the needs of a global multi-sited team, basic project planning support and responding to e-mails on behalf of the Head of Membership.
