Marie Stopes International Senior Technical Advisor (USAID) - Pakistan
We are seeking a talented and experienced project specialist to increase the access to family planning provisions in Pakistan. The Senior Technical Advisor (USAID) will repot to the Project Director Society, Pakistan.
As the Senior Technical Advisor (USAID) you will focus on strengthening the technical service delivery. This will include the monitoring and evaluation of systems and processes, donor compliance, grant management, and donor reporting within Marie Stopes Society (MSS) Pakistan. In all aspects, cross functional collaboration and teamwork will be essential and as a member of the country senior management team (SMT), you will provide high calibre technical support and capacity building throughout all sectors of the organization, contributing to the shaping and fulfilling of the MSS’s strategic direction. This will include bringing international best practice and support to the development of program innovations throughout all technical programming. You will work collaboratively with other SMT members to ensure operational synergies are optimized across donor programs. You will work closely with the Country Director and the SMT to build and maintain excellent donor and stakeholder relations, including providing high level technical support and guidance. In addition, you will also play a significant role in supporting the development of research and monitoring and evaluation systems and processes to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
