About the role
UNFPA is looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional who:
- Leads effective approaches for leveraging human capital at UNFPA
- Introduces business processes to address organizational priorities and ensures client-focused solutions to complex organizational issues.
- Plays a leading role in ensuring the alignment of recruitment and staffing with rapidly changing corporate demands.
- Ensures that talent acquisition provides UNFPA with corporate advantages.
- Promotes awareness, understanding and support for policies, procedures, and priorities in the areas of staffing, recruitment, organizational design and administrative services.
- Supervises a team of Human Resources Specialists and Associates, providing managerial direction and motivation.
