The role
We are currently seeking a Team Leader, Monitoring and Evaluation, Hydropower to work closely with our other specialists in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Regional Manager
- Monitoring and evaluation of implementation progress of all project works and activities
- Supervise the overall monitoring and evaluation process to meet TOR requirements
- Create a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydropower project in consultation with WAPDA. Track key indicators (input, output and outcome) of implementation schedule. Also the Consultants will develop mechanisms for ensuring that the lessons learnt are accounted for
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
MSc. Civil Engineering from a reputed international university. Additional qualification in related engineering discipline (monitoring & evaluation) shall be given additional weightage. He should have specific experience of working in senior managerial position for at least 20 years as Team Leader. He should be able to lead the team of M&E Consultants and assist WAPDA in timely completion of task with a quality output.

- Monitoring and Evaluation of Hydropower Projects
- Worked for at least 20 years as Team Leader
- Ability to lead the team of M&E consultants and assist Client in timely completion of the task with a quality output
