Administrative Support Manager - DCHA

The QED Group is seeking a qualified individual to be bid as the Administrative Support Managaer. This individual will provide support to the projects home office staff. The program will provide DCHA with contract and grants management, recruitment, field support services, information management systems, administrative support, and training and capacity development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, adhering to Bureau and Agency procedures, and provide guidance and support to program funded staff travel arrangements. 
  • Maintain an online repository that contains current procedures, information, and forms for DCHA staff travel, and provide support by obtaining passports, visas and country clearances for DCHA travelers. 
  • Assist with the quarterly review of applicable ADS Chapters and provide recommendations for modification as necessary. Support shall include but is not limited assistance with drafting proposed language, tracking on-going ADS status and responding to ADS inquiries. 
  • Provide personnel and material support for DCHA Knowledge Management (KM) needs, including support for monitoring and evaluation. 
Key Qualifications:
  • 5 - 10 years experience managing USAID programs, with specific experience with travel arrangement, administrative support, document review and management, and financial management. 
  • B.A. in International Development, Public Policy, or related field, M.A. preferred. 
  • Internal USAID experience preferred.
