AHF is searching for a Full-Time Creative Media Coordinator to work in our Marketing department. The salary for this position is $19 per hour depending on experience. STILL INTERESTED? Please continue! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Acts as direct liaison between internal staff and outside vendors to coordinate efficient and timely completion of projects. Develops, manages, and executes video and creative visual shoots as assigned in various markets as assigned by Creative Media Manager. Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all creative department project related data. ?Importing/Logging/Sorting/Syncing all AHF creative footage . ?Executing exportation of final cuts and performing quality checks on final files. ? ?Maintaining and properly organizing project files and folders. ? ??Video editing (rough cuts, single cam edits); Visual color-correction. ? Delivers or ships materials to, or retrieves materials from vendors, and publishers. Assists in research and preparation of proposals and presentations. Executes and assists with photo and film shoots as assigned and/or needed. Maintains creative media library. Ensures appropriate consent forms and releases are on file. Processes vendor invoices for departmental approval in keeping with AHF policy. Performs regular back-ups of all AHF creative digital files on a monthly basis. Coordinates with Visual Media Manager the completion of digital/video production projects and management of company video screen network Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or Worldwide Management Participation in AHF Meetings/Committees Attends weekly marketing department meetings. Attends meetings as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four year college or university or related field trade school; at least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer/Software Skills & Abilities To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of video/audio file types, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Web Development software; Internet software; Spreadsheet and Word Processing software. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Intermediate Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability High Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Other Skills & Abilities/Qualifications Must have knowledge of Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Minimum of 6 months experience creating print collateral, working with vendors, and video/digital production. Graphic design and advertising background is preferred. Strong attention to details and deadlines. Must be able to manage multiple programs simultaneously with minimum supervision. Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Must have valid California Drivers license with proof of liability insurance.
