ON Impact Measurement lead

Oxfam Novib is up scaling its support to building a social and sustainable small and medium business sector in the global south by developing and providing three interlinked services: investment, business incubation and impact measurement. A two year pilot will be carried out by the ON Impact Investment facility, for which we are currently recruiting the:
ON Impact Measurement lead
Full time position (36 hours), based in The Hague

The main tasks
- Coordinates Impact Measurement studies for (internal and external) clients (matches clients needs with ON Impact Measurement’s products on offer, manages local consultants/ trainers and is responsible for final product delivery to client). 
- Leads the development of a marketing strategy for ON Impact Measurement by monitoring the development of the Impact Measurement market closely and positioning Oxfam Novib strategically in this market.
- Develops or builds on Impact Measurement products and participatory methodologies, balancing quality and cost efficiency with market demands.
- Sells Oxfam Novib’s Impact Measurement products effectively to internal and external clients.
- Leads the development of a sustainable business model for the sale of Impact Measurement products in the future.
You have
- A University degree in Economics and/or Social science
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of Impact measurement methodologies and studies (from initial impact assessment to reporting). Experience in working in developing countries on impact measurement (with social enterprises) works in your advantage. 
- A proven ability in project management
- Proven commercial and fundraising experience
- Affinity and experience in the use of innovative techniques to improve cost efficiency, ensure gender mainstreaming  and quality of impact measurement techniques
- An excellent command of the English and French language. 
- A results oriented and analytical personality with commercial skills. You are an excellent communicator and team player.
