We deliver Safe Motherhoods through various innovative methods globally, whether through social franchising, voucher schemes or an expanding donor funded portfolio. As our Safe Motherhood service expands it is critical it is by matched by a quality assurance provision which ensures we remain at the forefront.
About the role
Based in London, working with the Head of Policy and Service Development, the Medical Development Team, the Health Markets Team, MSI's international partners and related technical colleagues, this new role will be responsible for ensuring that MSI is clinically excellent in the provision of Safe Motherhood services and supports MSI as the recognised world leader in the Sexual and Reproductive Health service delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
*Leading the development of, reviewing and the implementation of clinical standards
*Building capacity and be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of technical assistance, training and support
*Being the focal point for all safe motherhood related queries, internally and externally
*Working with senior management to develop an d implement a safe motherhood strategy
About you
We see you bringing to the role a clinical qualification such as a, midwife, doctor with significant experience in maternity services, with practical knowledge of family planning within a healthcare organisation. You'll have conducted incident investigations, root cause analysis including auditing and monitoring.
