We are looking for a Director of the Education, Vocational Training and Social Development Department.

Mission:

To manage the department and play a lead role in business development, including maintaining SOFRECO’s presence in existing markets and identifying new opportunities in the field of Education/Vocational Training.
  • You will lead a team of dynamic project managers;
  • You will support them throughout the entire project cycle: business development, preparation of tenders, management of studies and technical assistance projects/contracts (technical, human and financial aspects);
  • Short-term international business trips should be anticipated.

Profile:

With a relevant university degree, an MBA or equivalent experience, you have 10 to 15 years of international professional experience in at least one of the following sectors: education, vocational training and/or social development. In addition, you have relevant experience in the area of international development (European Union, World Bank…).
  • You will be able to demonstrate strong management experience;
  • You have proven business development skills and good knowledge of procedures linked to international donor’s projects;
  • You are fluent in French and have a perfect command of English in order to prepare high quality bidding documents in both languages;
  • You are fully computer literate.

Salary:

Negotiable, depending on profile and experience.

Location:

Head office in France. Clichy (92), Paris.
