Chair in Infrastructure Investment and Finance
UCL invites applications for a Chair in Infrastructure Investment and Finance within the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management. The post is available either full-time or part-time (minimum 50% FTE).

The person appointed will carry out teaching and lead research and knowledge transfer, in the areas of Infrastructure Investment and Finance; and will also participate in the management and direction of the School and the Faculty of the Built Environment as a whole.

Applicants must have an excellent record of intellectual leadership in the relevant area, evidenced by research and publication. The successful applicant will be recognised internationally as a leading authority in Infrastructure Investment and Finance, pushing and developing the boundaries of knowledge and practice in the area(s). They will have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. They will articulate a vision for the knowledge area. They will be able to build partnerships between the School and leading infrastructure organisations.

The appointment will be full-time on the UCL professorial grade. The salary range will be negotiable on the professorial scale, but not less than £61,960 per annum inclusive of London Allowance (pro-rata for part-time appointment).
